  Synopsis 

  
  

  This course is to provide students with knowledge, an understanding and 

  skills of the method of measurement for specialist works (mechanical and 

  electrical engineering works) and pre-cast and pre-stressed works and 

  landscape works based on Standard Method of Measurement of Building 

  Works Second Edition (SMM2). The topic covered will include electrical 

  installations, air-conditioning installations, fire fighting installations, 

  telecommunication system, gas and fuel gas installation system, landscape
